Soleil, with a French provincial theme and Paloma Blanca, a
Southwestern/old country Mexican restaurant. After three
very productive years in San Antonio and Austin, he returned
to New York City where he consulted with The Bravo Group on

director for the San Jose Group on Michigan Avenue.
